Wesley Hughes is a professional Singer, Actor, Presenter, Musician and Director living in Hertfordshire, originally from Llanelli, South Wales. He is also a Director at HCPA Ltd.
With a career in Musical Theatre, Theatre, Recording, TV and Film spanning over 25 years, Wesley has developed his talents in singing as a clasically trained Tenor, Musical Theatre and Contemporary vocalist as well as being a seasoned actor and an accomplished pianist. He also trained in Musical Theatre with a first class BA (Hons) Degree and has trained with the National Youth Theatre and at the CCTA. More recently, Wesley has completed Pinewood Studios' internal TV Presenter Training and trained as a Voiceover Presenter and Artist.
Over the years, Wesley has won numerous awards including the Nigel Hawthorn award for Musical Theatre, Welsh Singer of the Year Award and was a Finalist at London's 02 Arena at OpenMicUK, which is televised on SKY1.
Wesley has appeared in Professional Musicals and concerts all over the UK, Europe, The USA and South East Asia, on TV, Radio and Film and can be heard on numerous EMI, Universal and Decca recordings.
Wesley has also turned his hand to Directing and to Musical Direction for both Professional and Amateur Companies in Wales, Hertfordshire and the London Area.
